The news that Malaya Blue is the 1st UK Artist to work with renowned US Songwriter & Producer Dennis Walker (B.B. King, Robert Cray, Bettye LaVette, Buddy Guy, Otis Rush Boz Scaggs) is sending ripples around the music world. Malaya and her manager Steve Yourglivch called in from the U.K. during Radio Memphis Around the World this past Saturday (May 19th, 2018) to catch up with D to talk about where the musical direction is going and what impact that working with this legendary, award- winning producer has made on Malaya. First, they speak with Dwayne Pintoff. Dwayne is from Western Pennsylvania. He discusses his experiences in Pennsylvania along with he story from Mt. Saint Helens in the Pacific Northwest. Dwayne also can be seen in the movie by Small Town Monsters called "The invasion of Chestnut Ridge".
Then they speak with Gary Vasey, who lives in the Czech Republic. They found out what country is the most haunted. Gary will discuss the black eyed kids and more.

The Muddy Gurdy Mississippi Project is an original French project that combines the meeting of North Mississippi Hill Country Blues with the rural French culture through the Hurdy-Gurdy featuring Hypnotic Wheels (Gilles Chabenat, Tia Gouttebel, Marc Glomeau) and Cedric Burnside, Sharde "fifemastor" Thomas, Cam Kimbrough and Pat Thomas.
